I’m Steven Edward, and I specialize in representing buyers and sellers of waterfront real estate on Lake St. Clair, bringing nearly 20 years of experience and an unmatched level of local, on-the-water knowledge. While Lake St. Clair is my primary area of expertise, I also assist clients with waterfront and second-home properties in surrounding communities and select resort-style markets.

Real estate isn’t just my profession — it’s my craft. Having successfully completed over 30 residential renovation and investment projects, I bring hands-on, investor-level insight into pricing, positioning, and what truly drives value in waterfront homes. That includes firsthand experience working with inspectors, contractors, and navigating the local regulations unique to canal and lakefront properties.

I am also licensed in Florida, which allows me to uniquely support clients buying, selling, or relocating between Michigan and Florida’s waterfront markets — a growing trend among Lake St. Clair buyers and sellers.
